with castor oil and sweetgrass fingers 
at the beginning is the navel 
light fingering pressure circling clockwise 
counting on at least one chinese 
circling counterclockwise to me and i to she/he 
circles outward to the very edge 
of heart & womb 
traumatized by these traumatic worldtimes 
outbreath pressing down 
inbreath releasing 
hug the little girl/boy in tears it only was
