DeLay feeding frenzy

Wouldn't it be wonderful if we had an ethical ethics committee? We would find hogs feeding at the trough are both Democrat and Republican.
"Even now we are learning that the very Democrats who are attacking DeLay for taking a foreign trip on a lobbyist's tab are themselves guilty of...you guessed it...taking foreign trips on lobbyists' tabs."
When we quit thumping our legs like dogs receiving a belly tickle we will understand the goose and the gander are in this pocket together
"The smear campaign has started..."
Long long ago, long ago. The ugliest evil in my date book was the sacrificing of the messengers of truth about the Vietnam War.
"...Tom DeLay paid his wife and daughter for working on his campaign....A few days later, the Associated Press reported that many politicians on both sides of the aisle share the same arrangement with their family members. But most Americans didn't read that story."
And if Joe read that story he should be the first wave of reform for both parties.
"Instead, they heard the first wave of DeLay attacks and read the editorials branding him as a political sleaze."
Time to brand all the political sleazes.
"But do not fear."
That is a breath of relief from a 'side' that is pumping fear (not all but mostly).
"They need to watch out. Because the rocks are about to start flying, and before long, expect to see a full blown political war on Capitol Hill not witnessed since the ugly Impeachment battles of 1998. "
Ugly Impeachment over a sex lie while embracing Bush war lies and no call for Impeachment.
Watch out indeed! Let us have full disclosure. Let's wash those hogs!
