of course our dead are always with us

who can deny the rich man riches
\nit is his turn to learn the life
\nof opulence
\nand his turn
\nto be tested<\/p>\n
yeah funny it’s all a test
\nawareness coming only
\nwhen we fail
\nfailure comes only
\nwhen we gain consciousness
\nthus opening
\nthe door to success<\/p>\n
how many years has the human species
\nsuccessfully survived
\nwhatever the count
\nevolution of a species does not end
\nwhen identified and named<\/p>\n
o my country men and women
\nlend not an ear to thumpers
\nof someone else’s ideology
\nthe age of reason is ours
\nlet us celebrate the living and the dead<\/p>\n
