\none state gets low housing funding by accepting a military base in his state

\nwhy do not the low income people get the jobs of building low income housing
\ninstead of keeping military bases that are not needed?
\nhow did our citizens get to the state of wanting a job that is not needed
\nwhen it would be more logical, to give those who will actually lose their jobs
\na two year severance pay or some such
\ninstead of “busy work” and every government worker
\nknows that demand…how else to grow a bigger trough?
\nthe answer to the question si:
\nto have a law abiding country
\nlaws must not offend half, or more, of the country
\nthe higher the percentage of the country that agrees with a law
\nthe lower degree of laws broken
\nin the old days
\nthe elders would debate until they were blue in the face
\nthey would either reach a consensus or they would wear themselves out
\nand no new law, or enactment, would occur
\nat least until or unless strength was garnered for another debate
\nand rules yes lets have rules of debate
\ncivility not being the least among them
\nhow long has it been since political conventions were about selection
\ninstead of celebration and complete unity?
