\non a Bill O’Reilly boat
\ngiven separate times at bat
\nwith no Mr. O’ throwing curve balls
\nwas a dichotomy i’d like to materialize
\nup the same creek
\nwith turn-off mikes should one speak over the other
\nno ramblers allowed
\nlet them speak in poetry of short lines
\nperhaps use old high school rules of debate
\n(i can still hear their body language
\nand feel from which compassion would come
\nif\/when i
\nlie bloody at their feet).

\nIf one manner of humans needs religion to be compassionate
\nwe must protect that religion with the life of our constitution.
\nIf another manner of humans do not need religion to be compassionate
\nwe must protect their right also.
