it need not be so hard to accept
\none’s own mistaken belief
\nspinning – like flip-flops like
\none is not trustworthy if they change their mind
\nin the face of a better idea?
\nit is the face of unfounded fear
\nthat would turn the US Constitution into stone
\nlike a religion that turns their founders into stone<\/p>\n
but we can dream
\nof political debates that addresses our greatest concerns
\nlike requiring candidates to accept only public financing
\ninstead of lip service to this ideal
\nwhich would free all candidates from prostituting themselves
\ni.e. willing to do whatever it takes to be number one
\nincluding ceding presidential and congressional powers
