A poem a day to the Millennium December 8, 1999
- nineteen years and still...
Imagine
- JOHN LENNON
Imagine
there's
no heaven - it's
easy if you try
- no hell below
us and above us
only sky.
Imagine all the
people living
for today...
Imagine there's
no countries it
isn't hard to do
- nothing to kill
or die for and
no religion
too.
Imagine all the
people living
life in peace...
imagine no
possession. I
wonder if you
can - no need
for greed or
hunger. A
brotherhood of
man. Imagine
all the people
sharing all the
world...You
may say: I'm a
dreamer - but I
am not the
only one - and
I
hope some day
you will join us
and the world
will be as one...
