Whereas we abound in number, name
    and computer bound significance
It is by our dreams that we are known
       by our dreams that we are driven
       by our dreams that we are tethered
Like the captain of a ship
    it is by our attachment to a dream
    that we are sometimes
        drawn to our demise
A poet might put it, "You are your dreams"
    a small man is betrayed by small dreams
        a great man by great ones
The sharing of a dream
    is apt description
        of what is meant by "love"
Man without a dream
    is thus alone
        adrift and without
            love
                                        to dream
                                is
    to be truly alive.
