Lost In You | Poem

Lost in you

by Robert Jackson

Endless thoughts of you rein my mind
If only I knew the reality of what is to be
This is more than just a passing glance
Your beauty should be held by someone that cares
Innocence in your eyes reflects in mine
The softness or your glow surrounds my heart
Days will pass and this fire will grow
My passion for you is hard to bare
Twisting inside like a jagged spear
If only I could hold you and taste your warm kiss
When will this come to be?
Or am I only dreaming the impossible?
I find myself lost in you
Waiting for you to find me
Passion fights my heart and keeps me a slave
Loving you is all I want to do
Lost in you I shall remain
