rogue terrorist states (axis of evil)

Iraq attacked 3 countries (Iran, Kuwait and Israel)  in the last 22 years.

Iran attacked one (Iraq).

North Korea attacked one (South Korea).

The U.S. attacked 10 countries (Panama, Grenada,  Haiti, Lebanon, Libya, Sudan, Somalia, Yugoslavia, Iraq and Afghanistan) in the  last 22 years.

None of these countries declared war on the U.S., attacked the  U.S, or even threatened to attack the U.S.

Iran, Iraq and North Korea do not keep permanent troops in other countries. The U.S. has  troops permanently stationed in over 100 countries.
